Western Nebraska Community College anticipating a fall 2007 move-in. The New Residence Hall at the WNCC campus in Scottsbluff, NE is nearing completion, and the students are looking forward to their new digs. The hall will be nearly full for the fall semester, and was a much needed addition to WNCC. McCaslin Consulting is the Owner's Representative for WNCC on the project.
